At MuscleMate, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used massage and recovery products cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank/provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
